Mix mashed bananas, coconut sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in a bowl.

Add oats flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.

Gently fold in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients (do not over-mix).
