Saute cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and diced onions in oil.

Add chopped tomatoes, spices, ketchup and cooked chicken, and mix.

Thaw the pastry sheet, and unfold and cut 9 square pieces.

Place the filling at center of each square piece and apply egg wash on sides.

Fold into triangle, create design on sides with fork, and repeat for all puffs. Place on baking sheet.

Apply egg wash on top of all puffs. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
