The Pumpkin season is here, and what better than celebrating Fall with delicious Refined Sugar Free Pumpkin Muffins Recipe, made with Almond Flour and sweetened with jaggery powder or coconut sugar.

In a bowl, add jaggery powder, eggs, pumpkin puree, olive oil and vanilla extract. Mix everything together.

Add blanched almond flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Blend well, do not over-mix.

Add chocolate chips to the muffins batter and mix again. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Pour 2-3 tbsps mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake the muffins in the oven for around 20-25 minutes or till the muffins are done.
