Tomato Coriander Chutney Recipe
The Tomato Coriander Chutney aka Tamatar Dhaniya Chutney is an Indian chutney which takes five minutes to prepare and is an excellent accompaniment to Indian snacks and appetizers!
- Coriander leaves
- Garlic cloves
- Green chilies
Add all the ingredients to the food processor (or blender/mixer) and pulse few times till you see a smooth paste.
Once done, transfer to an airtight glass container and check salt. Add more salt if necessary.
Close the lid and store the airtight glass container containing chutney in the refrigerator for around a week. Tastes best with fritters (pakodas) and parathas!
