Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Peanuts Salted & Roasted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt Optional, A sprinkle (Required only if you are using unsalted peanuts)

Instructions
 

  • (Optional) If you don't have roasted peanuts, then you can dry roast the peanuts in a pan/skillet on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the peanuts in the food processor. If you are using unsalted peanuts, then you can add the salt at this step.
  • Pulse the peanuts for 1 minute. Open the lid of food processor and scrape the grounded peanuts with a spatula. Also add honey at this stage.
  • Pulse the peanuts again for 1 minute. Again, open the lid of food processor and scrape the blended peanuts. This stage will be creamier.
  • Pulse them again for 1 minute. Again scrape the food processor bowl from all sides with a spatula.
  • Finally, pulse the peanuts again for 1 minute.
  • The quick and easy healthy homemade peanut butter is ready to be stored in an airtight container. It stores well for a month or two at room temperature, and it is good for 4-6 months, if kept refrigerated.

Notes

  • If you think the food processor is getting hot within one minute pulses, you can even go for shorter pulse.
