These Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats are quick and easy to make. They work great as a clean eating, to-go meal prep breakfast idea for the rushed mornings. Just mix everything at night, and voila, there you have a grab and go jar filled with healthy goodness in the morning.

Ingredients & Substitutes
- Rolled Oats – Use certified gluten free oats if you are looking for a gluten free oats option.
- Milk – I prefer to use whole milk, but you can use any milk of choice, like oat milk, almond milk etc.
- Yogurt – You can use any of the whole milk yogurt or greek yogurt.
- Honey – Maple syrup is an excellent substitute for honey.
- Chopped Apples – Sweet or tart, any apple variety works for this recipe!
- Ground Cinnamon – Apple and cinnamon is a match made in heaven, so better not skip this!
- Chia seeds – Provide nutritious value and impart a creamy texture to the oats.
- Vanilla Extract – Much needed for the added freshness to overnight oats.
How to make Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- In a 12 ounce glass jar, add all the ingredients.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, enjoy the overnight oats straight from the jar, or in a bowl.
- Optionally, add toppings of your choice. I added some more chopped apple pieces on top.

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats I used old fashioned rolled oats by Quaker Oats
- 1/2 cup Milk I used whole milk, you can use milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp Honey You can also substitute Maple Syrup with this
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Apple chopped
Instructions
- In a 12 ounce glass jar, add all the ingredients.

- The additional toppings that go well with apple overnight oats include:
- Fruits, like chopped banana, strawberrries, mango, blueberries etc.
- Nuts, for example hazelnuts or brazil nuts
- Nut butters, seeds, flaxseed powder, dried cranberries, raisins etc.
- A 12 ounce (12 oz) wide mouthed glass jar works great for one serving of overnight oats, especially if you want to eat right out of jar in the morning. It is enough to hold the overnight oats, and also has space for some additional toppings.
