What is Daliya
Daliya, also known as cracked wheat or broken wheat, is a form of coarsely ground whole wheat grain, which is highly nutritious, and a good source of fiber and protein.
It is often prepared as a sweet porridge, or a savory pulao style dish. This is the savory daliya khichdi or dalia pulao recipe, which is a popular Indian breakfast. It can be customized to include vegetables of choice, and it tastes best when paired with yogurt.
