What can I use instead of eggs in a Banana Bread?
There are many popular options that are used to replace eggs in a banana bread. The most popular being applesauce, vinegar and baking soda, Flax seed gel, Chia seed gel and Silken Tofu.
The other options are mashed bananas and yogurt. We are going with the yogurt option here, as yogurt is one thing which is easily available in our house at all times. As an Indian household, we love having yogurt with our meals. I would recommend to use plain yogurt for replacing the eggs. But if not available, then you can go ahead with the vanilla flavored one.
